My Good School Retreat
In honour of Arthur Edward Foot's ideals, a dedicated group of Old Boys of The Doon School with Asad Khan leading have joined forces to create a lasting legacy for their first Headmaster, the Arthur Foot Academy. Located in Bandarjhud near Dehradun, AFA is committed to providing a comprehensive education that promotes the personal and social development of children. As a proud member of the Good Schools Alliance, they emphasize the importance of service, skill-building, sports, and academic studies in nurturing well-rounded individuals. Retreat brief
- Bi-annual April and November.
- Location: Khan Farm about 40 kms from Dehradun.
- Duration: Four days and three nights - arrive Day 1 by 4 pm and depart Day 4 at 4 pm.
- Cost: Rs 15,000/- per head for GSA Members and Rs 25,000/- per head for non-members.
- Travel: nearest airport is Jolly Grant Dehradun and best railhead Haridwar.
- Open for all: principals, teachers, students, school management and guests.
- Delegates: 30 only on first-come-first-serve basis.
