The GSA Coordinator is vital to an educational institution. They oversee various operations and ensure smooth delivery of the GSA Programs - The Teachers Academy, My Good School Retreat and other Joy of Learning initiatives. Additionally, they play a key role in organising GSA programs, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive learning environment. 

Key Responsibilities of a GSA Coordinator: 

• Administrative & Operational Oversight:
  Managing operations, overseeing schedules, and ensuring the effective implementation of the guidelines. 
• Academic Program Support:
  Coordinating curriculum development, planning, and other activities, often working with teachers to enhance teaching and learning. 
• Communication & Collaboration:
  Facilitating communication between stakeholders, teachers, students, and parents fosters a collaborative environment. 
• Event Planning & Coordination:
  Organising GSA events and contributing to a vibrant school culture. 
• Student Support:
  Addressing student needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment online. 
• Professional Development:
  They support teacher training and development, facilitate collaborative learning opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
