The New Education Policy 2020 states that every school teacher should participate in at least 50 hours of CPD every year. CPD can take the form of workshops, conferences, online courses, or other forms of professional development. While NEP 2020 suggests 50 hours of CPD (Continuous Professional Development #NEP2020), we at Learning Forward India have data showing that even 90 hours per year is insufficient.
