NCSS is dedicated to Strengthening School Safety, Child Protection, and Student Well-being across India. NCSS was established to Respond to a Growing and Urgent need—Ensuring that Schools are not only Compliant with Regulations on Paper but are also Genuinely Safe, Accountable, and Child-Centric in Everyday Practice. As Incidents related to Bullying, Sexual Abuse, Neglect, Consuming Vapes, Unsafe Infrastructure, and Policy lapses continue to surface across the country, NCSS works to bridge the Critical Gap between Regulatory Intent and On-Ground Implementation in Schools.

NCSS Supports Schools in building Well-StructuredSystems that Protect the Rights, Dignity, and Well-Being of Every Child. We begin by Understanding each School’s context. Every School is Different, and Safety Systems must reflect the Realities of their Students, Staff, Infrastructure, and Community. NCSS focuses onListening first—Reviewing Existing Practices, Identifying Gaps, and Recognising what Schools are already doing well. This allows us to Build Trust and Design Solutions that are Relevant and Achievable.
