Implementation of a CSR project aimed at addressing child marriage and improving adolescent girls' education and life skills in 14 villages supported by Metropolis Healthcare Limited. Key deliverables include training 5,000 girls on five life skills, forming 120 Kishori Manches, and creating action plans. The project spans six months and provides baseline and midline assessments. The team will engage 500 key influencers, including Panchayat members and Asha workers. The project will also involve digital platforms for monitoring and evaluation. The project is being implemented in the aspirational Haridwar District of Uttarakhand, in the villages adjacent to the Arthur Foot Academy in Bandarjud.
